At Maison Piwo, brewing is more than a hobby — it’s a shared craft, a friendship, and a pursuit of flavor that’s been growing for over a decade.
We’re Phil Doreau and Andy Gregorowicz, two longtime friends who started brewing together more than ten years ago. What began as a weekend experiment in our garages quickly became a passion for the art and science of beer making. Over the years, we’ve tested, tweaked, and tasted our way through countless batches — always learning something new and enjoying both the process and the pour.
Maison Piwo — meaning “House Beer” — represents the meeting of our French and Polish roots, and the belief that great beer starts at home. Here, we share our favorite recipes, lessons learned, and brewing techniques — from first-time kits to advanced all-grain setups.
